6.1. ScanmarQED is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of your personal information. As part of our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of data protection, we are a holder of the latest ISO 27001:2022 certification. 6.2 We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.

6.3 While we will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal data, you acknowledge that the use of the internet is not entirely secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal data transferred via the internet. 7. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.

8. How long do we keep your data for?
